We hope you love your Mint House purchase but understand that sometimes you might need to return or refund an item. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). Any item you wish to return which has surpassed the 30 days will be considered on a case by case basis and if accepted will be given a credit note against a future purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase, or order number.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at We do accept in-store returns, just bring along your email confirmation or order number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damaged items must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. Email us at with your name, order number, contact details, and images of the damaged item(s). 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bespoke sofas and personalised /customised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. In the very unlikely event your bespoke MH sofa develops a fault then please get in touch as soon as possible along with photos to

Sale Items
Our returns policy extends to our sale items so just drop us an email at to start the returns process.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
